Here's Lieutenant Gruber:
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
We're never told what type of little tank, but I like to think it was a Hotchkiss 35. After France took an early shower in WW2 the Wehrmacht took over hundreds of 35s and called them the Pz. Kpfw. 38.
Have a Pz. Kpfw 38 (né Hotchkiss 35 modifié 39)

I wish the reruns from this show were still being shown. I always loved it.

With the big
I still tend to quote this series sometimes, but I suspect many don't get the references.

Sorry, this is not even close :) Gruber’s tank was a wheeled vehicle:

BTW: PzKpfw 38(t) was a czechoslovak Lt-38. Hotchkiss H35 became PzKpfw 38H 735. There were more tanks with 38 in their name in German army. Not that it matters, though :)
